If You Have Trouble Swallowing Pills, Try This
http://blog.drdavidwilliams.com/blog/digestive-health-guidance/if-you-have-trouble-swallowing-pills-try-this
While some people can toss a handful of pills into their mouth and swallow them with a gulp of water, I know many have trouble. Luckily there’s an easy solution.
If you have trouble swallowing pills—or capsules—try this:
1. Put only one capsule in your mouth and sip some water.
2. Tilt your head forward so your chin almost touches your chest. That way, the capsule can’t travel into your trachea, and you’re less likely to gag. Tilting your head forward also allows the capsule to float up to the back of your mouth and closer to your throat.
3. Swallow.
Now it’s your turn: Have you found a solution that makes swallowing pills easier?
