Did You Know Castor Oil Can Help Dry Eyes?

One of the more frequent problems reported by readers is dry eyes. One solution I’ve recommended is taking beta-carotene (25,000 units a day). But while one reader, Karen T., found that beta carotene does help, she did find that it didn’t completely eliminate the problem. But she did find another solution that works for her, and thought that other readers like you might be interested in learning about it.
Each evening, Karen rubs unscented castor oil on her eyelids at bedtime. She says that in the morning she washes any of the remaining oil off during her shower. What she found is the combination of beta-carotene and castor oil has worked extremely well for her.
If you have dry eyes, I encourage you to give the castor oil solution a try. It’s one of those inexpensive therapies that costs just pennies to do, and best of all it really works.
Now it’s your turn: Have you found a solution that helps dry eyes?
