Where I Got My Sauna
The sauna that I use now is made by High Tech Health in Boulder, Colorado. I ordered a portable four-person unit for my finished basement, and I use it nearly every day.
My routine is arduous, so I caution you to work your way up to it slowly. I follow my usual exercise program: riding a stationary bicycle, lifting light weights, and performing abdominal exercises. I break into a mild sweat. Then I sit in the sauna for 25-40 minutes. While I'm sweating profusely, I listen to music, meditate, and sometimes read. After the sauna, I down a couple of glasses of chemical-free water before hitting the shower. I finish, feeling absolutely marvelous, and my aching joints feel better immediately!
A sauna can be expensive. The usual range is $3,000 to $3,800, depending on the size and features that you select. Although this cost is considerable, the medical benefits can be overwhelmingly positive. For more information and pictures, go to www.hightechhealth.com or call 800-794-5355. The detox sauna is just the ticket to protect your vital cells, tissues, and organs.
